Eat Your ‘Veggies

   Eat your veggies (vegtables). Good for bulk and keep you regular. Full of vitamins and minerals and anitoxidants. Use ‘Certified Organic’ whenever possible. Now if you really don’t like vegtables, I do have an alternative. Just reply to this post with your name and email and I will send you the information about some diiferent kinds and delicious supplements. Greens are important. So, eat your veggies.
