An Open Mind

It seems to me to be very difficult in today’s world to find people with an open mind. Walls to the human mind and heart seem to have been erected as a defense mechanism to protect these all-important organs of the mental and emotional self. Perhaps we have been lied to and deceived so often that it is next to impossible for us to believe anything, trust anyone or to have faith in anything anymore? But what great thing has ever been brought into fruition without faith and belief, even while all other necessary resources for its fulfillment were lacking. What if Edison would have said, “A light bulb will never work?” What if Bill Gates just stayed a geek and was a projectionist at some local theater? What if Sam Walton would have just stayed in Bentonville, Arkansas and ran a Five and Dime store? He did once run such a store and this chain has long been out of business even before Wal Mart became a national or international corporation. Yes what if these and others would have closed their minds to opportunities and possibilities? An idea only becomes impossible or possible after they have been tried. To try anything we must become open to the idea. For example, if I were to say to you that I can show you HOW to earn over $1500 a week for the rest of your life and it will initially NOT cost you a dime, what would you think? If I were to say Apple has this or Google has that, what would you think? Most people would be more apt to believe Apple or Google than they would me or that they could earn as much as I said. Why is that? Well because of an open or closed mind. Who was open minded towards an Edison or Gates or a Steve Jobs not very long ago?

Now Thomas Edison may not have actually invented the incandescent light bulb, but he perfected it and made it commercially available to the world. It only took him over 4,000 experiments to not fail, but to find what would not work until he found what would work. There are still to this day, at least one of his original bulbs still burning and it has only been shut off once when the company moved. It took Bill Gates and a small team about 13 years to develop the first Windows operating system. Microsoft was built one computer, one person, one company, one dollar and one billion dollars at a time. What these two examples show and prove, is the importance of having and keeping an open mind.

By the way, I really can show you HOW to earn over $1500 a week for the rest of your life!

Just Imagine,
